Built in 2005/2006, Magnolia Bay is a DiVosta signature community in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, just north of Hood Road and Military Trail, just south of Donald Ross Rd. and Abacoa. This gated community, only minutes to the Gardens Mall, Legacy Place, Downtown at the Gardens, Abacoa, and fabulous beaches and golf is convenient to I-95 & Turnpike.

Neighbors meet for fun & fitness in the Lakefront community center, pool, exercise room, 2 lighted tennis courts and tot lot, all of which are free to residents.

Most homes in Magnolia Bay are on the water with lovely views. This cozy community of approx. 150 homes has identical floor plans to it's sister community of The Isles, but there is a cluster of successful 2 story homes, the Cayman, that is not in other DiVosta communities.
